Nestled in the Pollino woods, Lo Chalet dei Briganti is a truly charming and welcoming place. The staff is always friendly, and the dishes are excellent and carefully prepared. It was a pleasant surprise to always find gluten-free options. Highly recommended.

Surrounded by greenery, the setting is truly charming and beautiful. The service is courteous and prompt. The menu disappoints not in terms of quality but rather in terms of choice: the usual dishes are unimaginative. It's a shame: one could indulge in delicious dishes, especially this time of year. I hope this is a criticism that's accepted and that it helps the owners think again. Prices are average.

We stopped by for lunch here. The pasta dishes were excellent and plentiful, and the meat was excellent. The place was clean, and the restrooms were clean. The prices were good—in fact, excellent!

On Saturday, partly by chance and partly by luck, we stumbled upon the Briganti chateau. I must say, it couldn't have been better; the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was particularly relaxing. The welcome was typical of the genuine Pollino people; after five minutes, it felt like family.
