Posto molto semplice e familiare,la signora gentilissima e competente,il cibo buonissimo e semplice come le osterie di un tempo ormai perdute…Consigliatissimo!

Reading the reviews I understand that the place is up and down and I actually understand that they are struggling to get going. I found it by chance while walking around Turin with a friend from outside, I took a look on Google to give me an idea and decided to try it. The service was very informal, to be clear I had to help the lady to open the bottle of wine, these things don't cause me any problems, in fact I appreciate the hostess atmosphere, but others might turn up their noses. I read several complaints about a rude male waiter, when I went he wasn't there, I don't know if it's because he's not on duty or if he no longer works there. The room, including the bathroom, seemed quite clean to me, perhaps they have sorted out the cleanliness issue. At the moment they have a few menus, one of the day where the dishes are all around 7/8 euros, one à la carte whose prices range between 10 and 13 and finally a fixed one with water included. We ordered vitello tonnato and agnolotti with ragu from the daily menu, which arrived quickly and were good. The agnolotti were a more than decent portion, especially when in many restaurants they are instead a scam from that point of view. We closed with tiramisu, discreet, but here my Venetian origins speak, which have a certain need, and coffee. The water, probably because we didn't take the fixed menu, was in a normal closed bottle, I don't know if the fixed menu includes the tap water complained about by other reviews or if they have also stopped this practice. Wine was a pleasant Alba sweet. Total 30 euros each, in line with other places I've been. Personally I would go back with friends, perhaps a girlfriend for a quiet outing. I don't know if it was a happy coincidence or if, as the lady told me, they are actively trying to revive the place, but for now I feel like giving 4 stars. The potential is there.

Imbucato in mezzo a tanti locali alla moda, che volevo evitare, mi sono fatto tentare dalla vista degli antipasti in vetrina. Tutto sommato devo essere sincero; ho mangiato MOLTO bene e certi commenti li trovo eccessivamente cattivi. E' indubbio che il posto e la sua organizzazione avrebbe bisogno di essere sistemati.
Le porzioni degli antipasti erano scarse.
Il pelo sul piatto l'ho trovato pure io. Ma siccome era parecchio che si attendeva, ed era sul lato, ho fatto prima e buttarlo e far finta di nulla anche se questa cosa, e che vedo è perpetrata è GRAVE.
La ragazza in sala, mi ha fatto tenerezza. Da sola a gestire tutto , si vedeva che non teneva i ritmi; tempi biblici, dimenticanze varie.
Quindi chiedo al titolare. Affiancate almeno un altro cameriere, state attenti a certe cose come i peli e capelli nei piatti, potete recuperare e offrire un buon prodotto finale perchè secondo me il potenziale c'è.

It's an amazing restaurant. It feels like being at grandma's house, on any Sunday. Pleasantly extended times, very kind waitress and super good dishes! I honestly don't understand and don't agree with so many negative reviews. If you are looking for a high-class restaurant with platinum dishes, you should move on. Leave room for those who understand good cuisine.

What a surprise ! A treat on our plates. Simple and authentic cuisine. We were warmly welcomed. 65 euros for three in the evening. Go for it.
