We had a lovely meal at this lakefront restaurant. Excellent perch skewers and lake appetizers. You order at the counter and they bring your dishes to your table. Perfect for sampling the flavors of the lake and spending a lovely evening with friends. Friendly service and reasonable prices.

Passing through these parts, I trusted the positive reviews, and I was right. We had delicious first courses, both in taste and quantity. They were kind enough to seat us right away, since my daughter is autistic and it's hard to wait. But what surprised me most was that my daughter's pasta dish wasn't charged for, for the first time. They're really kind. Highly recommended. It's best to book before you go.

There were 11 of us, and we'd also booked the menu in advance. Everything was excellent, plentiful, and fast. Excellent value. For those who haven't done so in advance, please order before sitting down, at the reception.

It's more of a hot table; you order and pay before entering. It's mostly frequented by locals. We had a good meal, the service was quick, and the prices were more than reasonable. The only downside is the paper plates.

An atypical place, certainly not a classic restaurant, but this is clearly stated everywhere, in the reviews, before entering, and in the dining room. You order before entering, you sit down, the waitresses bring your order to your table, asking for your reference number. I found the atmosphere truly warm, like being at home. The menu offers a truly extensive selection, and since we had a table for six, I was able to see several choices, each one truly well-executed and plentiful. The torta al testo was delicious, and the dessert display deserves special mention, all truly homemade, including the cookies. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon because it's truly worth it. Reservations are highly recommended.

The food is really good; I think the torta al testo is the best I've ever had in Umbria. I recommend booking if you go on weekends or holidays. The staff is very friendly. If you don't book, there's a wait, but believe me, it's worth it. 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 Better and better ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

02/12/2025: We had our wedding at this incredible venue over the weekend of October 16–18, and it was absolutely perfect! We had over 100 guests, and the space was ideal, spacious, elegant, and perfectly arranged for everyone. Initially, we were a bit worried about the weather, but everything turned out beautifully. Even when it got chilly in the evenings, the venue had a lovely indoor space for the party actually, two fantastic spaces, one for Friday night and another for Saturday. A huge thank you to Giorgia, our amazing wedding planner, and her brothers who manage the venue. Giorgia not only helped bring all my visions to life from making adjustments on a specific wedding cake flavor to finding the best vendors for every detail but she also kept me calm throughout the entire planning process, always there when I needed her and answering every question. On Friday evening, we had the pleasure of a special DJ set that had all our guests dancing all night long! The food was absolutely AMAZING 100 out of 10! The location was breathtaking, and even though we had events throughout the weekend, the venue provided a new space or area for each one. Our guests loved discovering a new part of the venue each time it made the weekend feel so special and dynamic. We couldn’t have asked for a better team or a more beautiful venue for our wedding weekend
21/10/2025: What a magical place. We were there for a wedding and the organization is just on point, professional yet somehow you almost feel like they are part of the family. All events were well orchestrated and the food was devine, something to please everyone. The Castello is beautiful with vines growing all over the walls, flowers and trees of all sorts naturally groomed, many different spaces and activities including pool table tennis and a pool. The only down side is the stink bugs, harmless but annoying but part of being in nature. HIGHLY recommend ❣️

22/02/2026: A refined atmosphere. The staff is attentive to your needs. Traditional Umbrian dishes are carefully prepared. Great atmosphere and good food.
10/01/2026: Looking for a place to have dinner, it turned out to be the only one in the area that was open. I don't understand why it has such a rating, given that it has an interesting menu, delicious food, cozy atmosphere, very good prices and extremely friendly staff! We liked it so much that we visited it twice in 3 days
