I ate the best white ragù of my life. They offer a selection of meat from a cross between Cinta Senese and wild boar, which is raised in the wild. We tasted the selection of the new (organic) oil produced by them, as well as the wine (always organic) of their production. The owner is a true connoisseur, the products are of superior quality. We came back with 3 liters of organic oil and 6 bottles of white. I highly recommend purchasing their products.

Siamo appena rientrati a Roma dopo aver soggiornato in questo Agriturismo per la prima volta nel ponte dell’Immacolata 8 dicembre 2024. Che dire? Una meravigliosa sorpresa !! Struttura immersa nella bella campagna viterbese, ci siamo trovati magnificamente bene. Camera pulita, arredata di tutto. Colazione abbondante, torte, crostate, biscotti , tutti prodotti fatti da loro. Abbiamo soggiornato con la mezza pensione e l’8/12 abbiamo pranzato da loro: pappardelle fatte in casa con sugo di carne davvero genuino, e poi una grigliata del famoso “porco-cignale” cotta benissimo e dal sapore davvero unico. E che dire dell’accoglienza? Io e mia moglie ci siamo sentiti a casa. La signora Anna Maria gentilissima e premurosa e non da meno l’ing. Luigi, il proprietario. Ci ha raccontato parte della sua esperienza di vita, di come ha realizzato questa azienda agricola “Il Marrugio” . Poi abbiamo scoperto piacevolmente di avere le stesse origini. Siamo venuti via pienamente soddisfatti in tutto. Gentili e premurosi anche tutti gli altri ragazzi e ragazze dello staff.. bravi !! Appena ci sarà possibile ci ritorneremo e lo consiglio a tutti vivamente posto. Grazie per tutto !! Carmela e Franco

A holiday organized to visit Tuscia from 23 to 28 November 24. Triple room in Agriturismo il Marrugio. The room was comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, a problem occurred with the geothermal heating system and the owner, Eng. Luigi, contacted about the problem, immediately called in an external technician (Saturday evening!) who provided an alternative system, solving the problem. Very kind and professional staff. High quality food. We will definitely return to the property which we had to leave earlier than expected due to my wife's illness. We warmly thank all the staff and in particular Eng. Very positive experience...restaurant with delicious food and fast but not intrusive service. Rooms with everything you need unfortunately only a small problem with the TV. The staff throughout the hotel were very very courteous

Come sempre il servizio è la cucina è ottimo. Ma ciò che ci fa dare solamente 3 punti, è l'eccessivo caldo, sia di sera che di giorno. Da rivedere totalmente l'impianto di refrigerazione. Come clienti estivi non torneremo, a meno che si stia veramente freschi, come in tutti i ristoranti.
