Il Rischio In Allumiere

The place is nice and welcoming and has a large covered terrace, from which you can enjoy a very beautiful view and ... the gaze extends to the sea. It offers a cuisine mainly inspired by the tradition of the lower Maremma. The dishes are simple, but absolutely genuine. We ate a very tasty appetizer: we were struck by the extraordinary tripe, the exquisite beans and the excellent bruschetta of Allumiere bread, seasoned with an equally good oil. The first courses were also interesting: we really appreciated the excellent ravioli with Maremma ragù and the less exciting gnocchi with asparagus and artichokes. The mix of desserts was very pleasant ... the tart with sour cherries was delicious! The staff is kind and efficient. The quality/price ratio is very good. We will return! ... and we returned, finding this time also an excellent and genuine cuisine. The meat (beef steak and lamb scottadito) is excellent and the girasoli (ravioli with cheese and walnuts) seasoned with porcini mushrooms or butter and sage were also very tasty.

Positive experience we went on June 2nd luckily I had booked, the place was full we arrived after 2pm they immediately brought us the Italian appetizer cold cuts bruschetta beans with pork rinds various vegetables, first course fettuccine in white with sausage and mushrooms, ravioli walnuts and ricotta, ravioli ricotta and spinach with ragù generous portions, as well as fried potatoes and salad mixed roast meat with sausage steak, and other meat, wild boar in a pan strawberries water coke all good and plentiful. The place is simple a little retro but it's fine with a nice view and outside it's cool, we were 3 adults 1 little girl and two other boys around 10 years old

The best value for money in the area, don't miss the house appetizer, authentic cuisine, homely atmosphere, for me and my wife it's the place of the heart. From the terrace splendid view of the Tolfa mountains.

Abbiamo mangiato bene per quanto riguarda sapori e ingredienti. Avrei dato 5 stelle se non fosse stato x le porzioni dei primi che erano davvero piccole. L’ abbiamo fatto presente al cameriere perché sembravano mezze porzioni , addirittura due cannelloni a persona, e hanno cercato di rimediare portando un bis che comunque abbiamo trovato nel conto . Carne contorni e dolci ottimi .

Questa trattoria è sempre una garanzia per passare qualche ora a tavola tra antipasti di terra, primi semplicemente genuini e piatti di carne. Camino sempre acceso. La cordialità del personale è un altro aspetto positivo.
