Even though the guys were very kind, in a restaurant of this level you expect impeccable service and certain mistakes cannot be made! Some dishes from the off-menu were listed with white truffle as the main ingredient, without however giving us the weight and therefore the price. Furthermore, the dishes came out of the kitchen with the truffle already cut on them, therefore we were not certain that the truffle used was the same one shown to us a few moments earlier. In the end we ended up with 50 euros for risotto on our bill. However, it must be said that the dishes were all very good, and the environment is very clean and well-kept.

A superlative dinner.
The chef with great talents, capable of transforming ingredients into delights that tickle the taste buds. Tender and juicy braised veal cheek and crispy and light fried leek
The courteous service, present attentive and non-intrusive, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail.
From the amuse-bouche to the small pastries, to the Normandy salted bread and butter.
For me it was a business dinner in a hotel like many others, but I will want to return to savor all the other wonders.

ci sono stato da solo per motivi di lavoro,
parto nel considerare il fatto che si tratta di un ristorante di ottimo livello e prezzo alto , pertanto le aspettative sono alte.
location carina in una villa stile liberty (penso) molto ben ristrutturata e mantenuta, come anche per il giardino con tavoli.
ho preso un antipasto con capesante e un secondo di polipo fritto con mousse di peperoni grigliati.
sono molto soddisfatto di questi due piatti sia per la presentazione che per il gusto eccezionale.
dopo circa 20 giorni riesco ancora a sentire il gusto di quei piatti, direi cosa non da poco.
ottima selezione di vini e gin .
ci tornerò sicuramente passando per Reggiolo.

un fiore all'occhiello nella nostra provincia.
Siamo venuti in 4 a giugno e nonostante siamo arrivati alle 21.45 a causa del lungo ritardo del nostro volo,
siamo stati accolti e serviti anche se la cucina era prossima a terminare il servizio (cosa che in olanda dove viviamo fate fatica a trovare).
Già varcando il cancello si ha la sensazione di benvenuto e di ospitalità di un alto livello.
Ci accomodiamo nel giardino, che dà quasi quell' input zen, relax che quasi ti massaggia con lo scorrere delle fontane.
Ordiniamo tutto senza intervallare le portate in modo da permettere allo staff della cucina di godersi più riposo.
la qualità del cibo è veramente molto superiore. il piatto che mi ha impressionato maggiormente è stata l'entrecote, la quale aveva una morbidezza e una cottura semplicemente perfette. Piatto bilanciatissimo. Complimenti!
I cappelletti con la ricetta di famiglia sono veramente eccellenti.
Nota a mio avviso di classe, è il fatto che il maitre ci ha consigluato il vino non in base al nostro gusto e combinandolo con le nostre pietanze invece di massimizzare il profitto.
questo è veramente il valore aggiunto del team e della gestione!
