Il Rifugio di Pasa In Pomezia

I often travel for work and this time I found myself in Pomezia for dinner. Among the various restaurants and trattorias I chose to dine here. As soon as I sat down, I was welcomed by Fabio, the butcher and owner, who was able to recommend, based on my requests, a tasting of two first courses including a tonnarello with cacio e pepe and tortiglioni alla carbonara, a sliced ​​beef with a side of baked potatoes and sautéed chicory, sheep's roasts, sausage and lamb rib. The service was quick, the first courses were delicious and the meat cooked rare melted in your mouth. Everything of the highest quality. The place is very nice with a butcher's counter and an exposed brazier which in my opinion is a guarantee. We entered as customers and left as friends with Er Braciola (Fabio). I will return and recommend it.

Very nice, welcoming place. The owner is very kind, as are the girls who work there. All very good, fresh and good quality food. They have an open meat counter, and the cooking on the grill is also visible. The appetizers are also delicious and are varied and different from the usual. Absolutely worth trying!

The name of the restaurant has changed, it is now called Rifugio 55, the place is welcoming, the staff are helpful, honest prices, I promised Sabrina the review after the bill and I must say that I was happy with that too :-)) I recommend the pistachio tiramisu, I'll be back soon
