Domenica con amici. Il Remolino é immerso nella natura, un posto accogliente che sa di casa. Ottimi gli antipasti, in particolare i salumi d’oca e il baccalà. Eccellente la genovese, un gusto intenso e avvolgente che mi ha scaldato l’anima. Chapeau! Normali i dolci. Servizio attento e gentile. Buono il Nebbiolo consigliato dal proprietario. Prezzo giusto (circa 40€/persona). Torniamo presto!

Avendo già scritto su precedenti esperienze fatte qui al Remolino il rischio è di essere ripetitivi. Però aggiungo: per fortuna. Per fortuna che posso riscrivere di un'altra positivissima esperienza non solo di cucina, ma di un insieme di elementi che fanno di una sosta in questo ristorante un vero piacere. Piatti che appagano e che sono l'immagine di Cristian quando ti descrive la sua filosofia di cucina; la competenza di Lorenzo in sala abbinata alla dolcezza di Zamira. Ambiente e prezzo completano il quadro. Unico neo, perché un difetto bisogna pur trovarlo, è che il tempo di un pranzo o una cena passa troppo velocemente, sarà per quello che resta la nostalgia di tornarci.
