I went for a family dinner (more or less 17 people) the appetizer was very good, as for the pizza I personally found it too dry and difficult to eat (the white one!) I recommend the red/Margherita base pizzas, having tasted it from another diner it was more edible.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed. The restaurant used to be located outside the city, and we used to go there often—we loved it. Now they've moved downtown to a very nice three-story building, but it seems the service has also changed with the restaurant. We had reserved a table and placed our order at 1:30 PM. Our pasta arrived only at 2:28 PM. The dishes didn't arrive together, so some of us had to wait a long time while the others ate. The main courses came out before the main courses, so there was no order. The food was good, no complaints, but the service was truly disappointing. When we pointed this out to the waiter, he replied that "it's normal to wait more than an hour" because "there are so many people." If it really is that crowded, then perhaps they should have better organized the service. It's a shame, because this restaurant was one of our favorites, but after this experience, we're left feeling a bit disappointed.

This place deserves its five stars for the view alone, but Ramo d'Oro is actually much more. It's a traditional fraschetta, clearly family-run, and has a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere. The first courses and generous appetizers were delicious. I really enjoyed my stay, thanks in part to the friendly waiters. Excellent value.

I discovered this restaurant last week, without much expectation because I'd only chosen to dine out at the last minute, after a trip to the enchanting Lake Nemi, and I must say I was lucky to choose 'Il Ramo d'Oro' to end the day. There were three of us, we went without a reservation, but they seated us right away. It was cold, so we sat inside on the first floor. A delightful location, with thoughtful and comfortable furnishings. The cured meats were exquisite, especially the prosciutto. We then ordered three different pasta dishes, and none of them disappointed. The porcini mushrooms were truly fresh and flavorful. The portions were generous, but we still wanted to try the meat. I was very disappointed to arrive at the main course with little appetite, because the meat was cooked to perfection and very tender. Of course, to finish, we couldn't miss the famous Nemi strawberries! Delicious! The price was absolutely average. We will definitely return, perhaps even during the day to enjoy the wonderful view of the lake.

Bella vista dalla terrazza al secondo piano. Il menù propone piatti tipici del territorio, come funghi e cinghiale, cucinati con cura e ricchi di sapore. Abbiamo ordinato le fettuccine ai funghi porcini, davvero ottime, e una tagliata con funghi porcini: carne cotta alla perfezione e molto saporita. Il bimbo ha apprezzato tantissimo i ravioli ricotta e spinaci con il sugo, mangiandoli con gusto. Le porzioni sono abbondanti, i prezzi onesti e il servizio cordiale.

Accoglienza perfetta , Stefania e Virgilio ti fanno sentire come a casa. Fettuccine al cinghiale molto saporite e filetto con funghi porcini davvero buono. Molto carina la location , consigliatissimo.
