I have happened to go to Quinto Quarto several times and I find it to be a particular and excellent restaurant. The chef is really good, his dishes are delicious. I highly recommend it.

All very good, nice place and friendly, smiling service. Try gricia with pears and a very tender beef cheek in red wine. Prices in line with the area.

Il Quinto Quarto è un punto di riferimento per il quartiere: un equilibrio ideale fra tradizione, innovazione e qualità delle materie prime. Federico in cucina riesce a preparare i grandi classici della cucina popolare romana con maestria e ad aggiungere qua e là un tocco personale che valorizza i piatti rispettandone la natura. E senza la prosopopea di tanti "chef". Il locale al piano di sotto è raccolto e ben insonorizzato. Con la bella stagione si può stare in terrazza con una bella vista. Servizio e pulizia impeccabili. Non costa poco ma la qualità è indiscutibile.

Un ottimo menu eseguito magistralmente. Una lista dei vini centrata sul Lazio, ottima iniziativa. Complimenti sia allo chef che al servizio. Il tutto per un prezzo molto ragionevole. Bravi !

One of our very favorite places for Roman cuisine. Federico is an amazing chef- food and restaurant life are clearly his passion! Handpicked local produce. Mixed starters platter, Carbonara, tartare, guangaletto, any desert on the menu are not be missed out! We always go back!

06/04/2024: Perfect restaurant, a mix between "homemade" and a starred environment I would say. Waiters attentive, kind and very friendly. Tip: Carbonara meatballs and Carbonara ❤️
04/04/2024: We had lunch yesterday in this place recommended by true Roman friends.. Nowhere in the world have I had the opportunity to eat such good carbonara. To say the least, excellent in portions, abundant and majestic, excellent in quality, nothing to do with those filthy places dominated by Indians who are now depopulated throughout Rome... there is food there for true connoisseurs. Obviously everything has a cost but everything is abundantly justified, very fast service. Definitely frequented by a middle/high class of people and is already synonymous with quality. Let's not talk about poetic desserts... top!

Pasta Imperiale

31/03/2024: Great discovery in Rome, we loved the pasta there, and the workers are very friendly. I have to add that the bolognese pasta is very very good and the tiramisu is very good too! We ate for 24 euros with two dishes, two drinks and dessert, very economical.
30/03/2024: One of the best carbonara I have ever tasted at a fraction of cost compared to other restaurants. Really worth it.
