We had a relaxing dinner and enjoyed some authentic and delicious Roman dishes. Homemade cornbreaded supplì, beans with pancetta, two delicious carbonaras (one of which was a very popular gluten-free option), quail with a side of mushrooms, and finally a delicious Marsala. The atmosphere is rustic, just like in times gone by. The owner is courteous and friendly. Recommended for a true dinner in a traditional Roman osteria. We'll be back! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

It's been around since 1958 at the "Quarticciolo che resiste" Roman cuisine. Baked quail, tripe, rigatoni, and vaccinara. Honest and satisfying. Out of fashion, and that's a virtue.

Roberto was extremely helpful and the food was excellent. Quail eggs with anchovies: the perfect pairing. So much for burrata!

I can only give this old-school trattoria 5 stars; it's my third time here. What can I say? Where else can you find quail like this? And the appetizers and first courses are really good. Fair prices, family-run. I'll be back.

A unique place! We ate wonderfully, and most importantly, the owner is a delightful and very friendly person. The quails were exquisite and cooked to perfection! We'll definitely be back.

We waited a long time to be served. The food is good, but you have to insist to have a pasta shape other than rigatoni. The place is nice, but with only one bathroom for men and women and there is often a line. The final bill did not reflect the prices on the menu.

22/10/2025: The pasta was just excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell it was made with care, nothing overdone. It looked appetizing and tasted homemade in the best way. I calculated the calories using the service shown in the photo attached to this review. Super quick and convenient — just a few seconds, and you get the full calorie and macro info. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s mindful of their diet!
