24/12/2024: A Piedmontese trattoria with a dual aspect... the lunch one which remains cheap and frenetic and with very good raw materials, the first and second side dish coffee, water and wine for 12 euros and outside of any market... queues at the entrance... .which are pruned within an acceptable timeframe. hyper-fast service. For me, there is nothing better in this area (I have been a customer for 15 years..on and off) in any case, the menu changes every day..of course, not everything is always perfect..but all forgivable, I like it a lot... for dinner it's a completely different story (even for holidays) it's difficult to book quickly, you eat Piedmontese dishes like your grandmother makes them, everything is excellent.
