I tried both the salad bar and the fixed menu on the days when it is scheduled; the dishes are always presented with attention to detail, the dishes prepared with aromatic herbs and spices that enhance the flavor without ever over-seasoning, so as to be satiating without being heavy; on the one hand the location has something informal about it, on the other at the same time you can perceive attention to detail in the decoration. This aspect, together with the kindness and constant attention of the staff, also makes it possible to feel a bit at home. During the summer it is extremely relaxing to eat by the pond or among the rows; If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend doing so as soon as possible!

The venue is very beautiful, the acoustics are perfect and overall the environment is very relaxing. The kitchen is open to view and it is interesting to see how they work. We tried several dishes, all excellent. We had 2 aperitifs, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts and a water and we paid €81. At the end they offered us a sweet liqueur. To return.

The place is wonderful and the idea of ​​a natural vegetable restaurant is unique and courageous considering that we are not in a big city. Let me start by saying that I am neither vegan nor vegetarian but when I leave here I honestly don't miss meat. The refined preparations and the elegant plating of the products from their garden in dishes that I didn't think were possible do the rest in an elegant location. The picture is completed by impeccable staff both in the kitchen and in the dining room (my favorite is always Luciano who only saw us once but remembered us, thank you very much for making us feel important and at home). The honest pieces complete the picture considering the long and studied processes involved in a menu like this and the fixed costs of a place like this. We will definitely return.

In summary: how to transform simple home-grown vegetables into true culinary works of art! The dishes served are very pleasant both to the eye and to the taste. We've had dinner at this place twice and have always been thrilled with it. For me it is the best place where you can eat vegan. Too bad it's not near our house.

So going out to dinner for me most of the time represents an unnecessary expense. I don't remember the restaurants I go to, nor the wines I drink. But this place will always remain in my heart. Sincere thanks to the waiters and the owner Ludovico, for their kindness and sincerity, as well as to the chefs who really knew how to amaze me: Extremely precise flavours, dosed to perfection, very balanced, not at all obvious and truly tasty. And if I noticed it, I have no passion for food, let alone lovers of taste. Particular attention was paid not only to the plating and taste, but also to the aesthetics of the place and the garden (which all arrived even if we went for dinner and ate inside). You can see that there is a lot of love and passion behind it from everyone. A place with a calm, welcoming, aware soul.
