A fantastic dinner! Excellent, high-quality flavors, a true journey into the heart (and garden) of this enchanting place. The focaccia was unsurpassed, and the lentil flan was special. I also love that the menu changes from week to week based on what the land has to offer. The real plus here, however, is the staff! Thanks to the restaurant manager, who accompanied us throughout the evening, explaining every dish and ingredient and offering excellent recommendations. You could really feel the love and passion for this place. I will definitely be back.

Every time I'm in the area, I love having lunch at Il Profumo della Frescita. The food is spectacular, always beautifully presented, and the fresh vegetables are incredibly flavorful. I highly recommend the pumpkin crepes. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

An extraordinary place. As soon as we arrived, they greeted us with a big smile. A fabulous setting where you can stroll around, admiring the varieties of herbs, all marked, and smelling their aromas. Once seated at the table, we ordered dinner. An incredible sensory experience, full of aromas, tastes, and history. Impeccable service. Excellent. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful experience! The ambiance, the climate, the furnishings, the service—everything is thoughtfully designed. The ethics that underpin their culinary offerings and the attention to well-being that comes from food make this agriturismo one of a kind. Sitting at Il Profumo della Freschezza means entering a world where every ingredient has a story, every dish a soul, and every flavor a connection to the earth. We begin with a fermented garden aperitif, a fresh caress that opens the palate. Next comes the garden gazpacho, velvety and lively, with toasted seeds and the delicate aroma of lemongrass: a sip of summer in every spoonful. The journey continues with the surprising watermelon carpaccio, served with zucchini spaghetti and a sweet and sour onion dressing, soy kefir tzatziki sauce, and balsamic vinegar reduction. Freshness, sweetness, and acidity meet in perfect balance. The homemade vegetable bread speaks of the time and care of natural leavening, while the zucchini, pepper, and eggplant pie, wrapped in a Mammarossa béchamel sauce and a fermented cashew and almond sauce with soy kefir, is pure plant-based comfort food. The chickpea farinata with summer vegetables and kohlrabi, on a cream of beetroot and vegetable gratin, is a tribute to the countryside: bold flavors, intense colors, uncompromising authenticity. And to finish, a garden fig ice cream, enriched with shortcrust pastry crumble, rose syrup, and fresh fruit salad... a dessert that tastes like a garden in bloom. Great place! We were there on Sunday for the tasting menu which was delicious and beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The food is all plant-based and made from ingredients grown on their own farm.

Da dire a me piacce la cucina vegana Giada è molto brava, Ma Alfredo il nuovo acquisto fa la differenza, È preparato,bravo affabile e la sua umiltà spacca! Bravi ragazzi bella location! I prodotti a km 0 ti fanno capire che la natura con i suoi insetti resta ancora parte di noi , No ai prodotti grande distribuzione

15/10/2025: Excellent experience: hospitality, warmth, discretion, clean rooms, superb cuisine. The atmosphere is refined, and the managers are top-notch! They pay very close attention to their guests; nothing escapes them. They are very knowledgeable. I chose them because I heard it was a great place. And I wasn't wrong. The central location of the property on Donzella Island in the Po Delta allows you to explore this incredible area, nestled between water that in turn embraces the sea. A unique place where nature is both with and against man. The people who inhabit these lands are particularly empathetic, with a touch of humor and gentleness. An explosive mix. You sleep very well, lulled by the surrounding nature, and even when the restaurant is full, no noise reaches the rooms, equipped with every comfort, from the stove (in the cold season) to the air conditioning. The spacious bathroom, also well-windowed, like the bedroom, has a radiator. We stayed from the evening of October 10th, departing on the morning of the 13th. The managers made sure the room and bathroom were already warm. A small refrigerator completes the experience. What can I say? They've thought of everything. Congratulations! The food moves quickly, despite the large number of people present. They're very well coordinated, and the service is simple and straightforward. Praise, praise, praise. They put us in touch with Mr. Fede for a boat tour of the Delta, an itinerary everyone does. The boat seats about 15 people, and I don't think more. Captain Fede is a character. Very knowledgeable, passionate about his work and his land. Seeing is believing! Thank you for everything. Nadia
15/10/2025: I was looking for a campervan site for a weekend and by chance (and luckily) stumbled upon Caprissio. From the campervan site to the restaurant is a snap: we discovered simple and flavorful local cuisine, just like it used to be. The fried gnocchi and bigoli were fantastic. The desserts were also excellent. The icing on the cake at the end of the meal: a sugar cube soaked in alcohol and flavored with star anise. Prices? Definitely below average.

Centolire - Birra, Pizza & Burger

27/11/2025: Entering Centolire in Rovigo is always like returning to a familiar place, yet one that still surprises me. The refined, modern setting with vintage touches creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites you to enjoy a leisurely evening. I come here once a year, and every time I find the same consistent quality, the same attention to flavors, and the same feeling of being in the right place. This evening I chose the crispy sandwich: large, generous, and impeccable. It's the same sandwich I tried the first time I came here, and it remains simply superb to this day. Perfect crispiness, balanced flavors, and ingredients that speak for themselves. One bite and you understand why I could never not return. Overall experience? 10/10 without hesitation. Centolire is one of those places that never disappoints: good food, a pleasant atmosphere, and a recognizable passion in every dish. A must-try every time I pass through Rovigo.
