Fab pasta- delicious tortellini in broth & a very nice glass of wine

Tornare dopo qualche anno per assenza da Bologna e restare ancora una volta incantati. I " ragazzi" sono cresciuti, sempre più raffinati, attenti, esperti. Ho bevuto un Martini preparato da una sorridente ragazza ( bonus) come non ho mai provato e assaggiato due cicchetti che mi avrebbero convinta a restare per cena fra tartine e cocktails.... ma non ho più l'età! Abito in centro anche io e di locali di questo tipo ne ho visti aprire tanti, pregevoli, senza dubbio, ma il Principe resta il migliore, per me l'unico a soddisfare tutte le esigenze dalla qualità alla classe se si cerca quella, alla gentilezza e cortesia, non scontata nel quadrilatero, e per me una dose di affettività insostituibile. BUON ANNO PRINCIPE soprattutto a chi diventerà papà.

Excellent place, friendly and clean

We went here last year for a cappuccino and cornetto and loved it. This year we ended up here again and have to say, the service is impeccable! Very helpful, good advice on wines, funny and charismatic, we feel very comfortable here. If we could, we would take the store home with us 😀

The restaurant is central in a well-known passageway, pleasant, outdoor tables, right for drinking or eating with dishes suitable for all tastes.

Siamo capitati di passaggio a pranzo, ottima scelta, personale gentilissimo, posizione comoda e centrale, un menù per tutti i gusti con piatti tipici ma non solo, prezzi nella media.

We kept coming back here, either for morning coffees, a quick lunch, after a hard days slog around the sights of Bologna or for pre dinner drinks. Great Negronis/Spritz, brilliant service too. Take no notice of the negatives on here, just take a seat, say ‘Grazie Mille.’ and soak up the atmosphere this great city has to offer!
