A bit too basic—there's certainly good intentions—but the service is slow and, given the large crowd, inattentive. There's a lot of downtime between courses. Overall, however, it was a positive experience. The trofie al pesto was good, but the spaghetti with mussels was a bit less so. The docile and sociable goats are a pleasant side dish, though perhaps not ideal for those sensitive to smells.

The tagliolini with clams was good; despite the crowd, it was sautéed well. The clams were delicious, and there wasn't a grain of sand in them. Kudos to whoever salted the starters. The grilled meats were excellent. The Monticello wine is a guarantee. Kudos to both the dining room and bar staff, they were incredibly efficient; they were a train. Well done.

Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo improvvisato, vedendo il ristorante dal mare. Gentilissimi, ci sono venuti a prendere con un gommone dopo che abbiamo buttato l’ancora. Il pranzo, è stato eccezionale. Ho chiesto un antipasto fuori menù, essendo vegetariana, e mi hanno assortito un’insalata con verdure e frutti di bosco davvero buonissima! Tempi di attesa adeguati, e soprattutto le trofie al pesto più buone che io abbia mai mangiato! (Ed ero già stata più volte in Liguria)… magari menu leggermente caro, ma consiglio vivamente di andarci!
