We had walked past this restaurant a few times walking past from our hotel and always admired it, tonight we went in …. Not the most welcoming greeting from any of the 4 waiters just standing at the entrance, not a smile …. Nothing….. There was one gentleman only when we arrived sitting at a table eating and us. They popped us on a table for two by the TV and 4 waiters just standing, talking and watching TV near us We asked politely could we move away from the TV & chatter to the other part but was told NO they are tables for 4 ….. the place was empty!!!!!! It was 5:30pm and I jokingly said are you waiting for a 100 people to come in shortly!!!! Their attitude spoilt our enjoyment …. we were so looking forward to eating there on our visit to Rome. When we left a few tables filled up and a family of 4 having coffee’s only …. but crazy still capacity for about 85 peeps!!!! Hospitality training needed!!!!!

Ho cenato in questo ristorante per la terza volta e non delude mai. Cucina romana doc ed ambiente molto cordiale. Clientela internazionale

01/02/2025: La comida era increíble, nos encantó tanto que tuvimos que volver por más. La pasta iba a morir y el postre también. Estuve en Roma 5 veces y comí en muchos restaurantes - UBK es sin duda uno de los mejores restaurantes en los que he comido. El servicio era excelente también. Definitivamente volveré.
27/01/2025: posto adatto al fine settimana drink buoni, cibo non dei migliori ma accettabile, prezzi bassi e personale disponibile

26/09/2024: I read poor reviews from customers who complain about timing... on Saturday and Sunday obviously the shopping center is full you have to wait everywhere. I have eaten at their place several times and have enjoyed it. I recommend it
