At POLLETTO I probably had the best roast chicken in the last 20 years. Perfectly roasted, wonderfully seasoned, and, most importantly, clearly homemade. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and Roberto is incredibly hospitable. While working, he sings, adding to the charm of the whole experience.

The service is competent, friendly, professional, and pleasantly reserved. When I asked for my slices of bread to be toasted to accompany my delicious seafood risotto, I was promptly served a plate of bruschetta! At no extra charge. The bill came right away after having asked for it. Extremely neat, good food at a reasonable price. The atmosphere is very cozy and rustic in a house in the old town with vaulted ceilings. 03/05/2025: Personale gentile, la cameriera che ha preso le ordinazioni era simpatica paziente e disponibile anche a consigliare. Ho assaggiato il piatto del contadino e l'ho trovato interessante, a me le fave non piacciono ma le polpette erano comunque interessanti. Complimenti

Ambiente gradevole e moderno con spazi sia esterni che interni. Come punti di forza: cucina buona, servizio professionale, garbato e disponibile, ottima vicinanza logistica alle grotte. Come punti di debolezza: prezzi tendenzialmente alti a parità di piatti o prodotti (sia serviti che d' asporto) ed a parità di locali analoghi.
