Our main contact was Raffaela, who contacted us on the day of our arrival and provided us with check-in instructions when we arrived later than expected. She speaks several languages ​​besides Italian, including Spanish and English. All the staff we came in contact with were charming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect, just two minutes from free public parking, well-located for exploring key points of Tuscany. It also has an elevator.

04/10/2025: We stayed at this hotel for three days, and the experience couldn't have been better. From the first moment we stayed, we felt very comfortable: the rooms were impeccable, always clean and tidy, and the breakfast was perfect, both in terms of the quality of the food and the service. The attention from the entire staff was excellent, from the breakfast team to the hotel management and everyone else. The location is ideal for easily exploring all of Tuscany, making it a perfect starting point for any trip. We would also like to especially thank you for offering us a superior room with better views, as we were traveling for a business photo shoot.
