Visited today with the family, very kind staff for the food and drink, I had no doubts, everything was perfect, the sweet heart was warm, a little hard but it was okay, it was 3pm, I highly recommend the prices are appropriate for the quality they offer you

Excellent fish dinner, we had a crudité appetizer and two fried dishes, really good, the only flaw was that it didn't have high quality oysters! Very delicious desserts with many varieties. Overall we spent little compared to the quality of the food!

Locale semplice in posizione comoda per parcheggiare.
l pesce è l'assoluto protoganista! Piatti di crudo e non e proposte del giorno.
Carta dei vini ricca e ben assortita.
Valido sia per cene e pranzi importanti ma anche per una pausa dal lavoro molto valida.

Il ristorante di pesce per eccellenza ad Alessandria, ma anche in Liguria farebbe una bellissima figura. Una reputazione consolidata negli anni, attenzione alla clientela ai massimi livelli e costante innovazione. Ma dovete sapere che c'è perché la location è poco visibile e, vista da fuori, poco invitante. Roba da iniziati, insomma. Ma se iniziate poi non vi fermate.

I went with my wife today to Il Pilota in Alessandria, for the first time. We were greeted cordially and shown to our table. We ate really a lot and well. We took the tasting menu and we didn't regret it. Everything was excellent, excellent service, always friendly staff, fast service. Anyone who wants to eat good fish, I highly recommend going to Pilota in Alessandria. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely return in the future. We returned for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Excellent place, great food, TOP service. Advised.
