Excellent fish dinner, we had a crudité appetizer and two fried dishes, really good, the only flaw was that it didn't have high quality oysters! Very delicious desserts with many varieties. Overall we spent little compared to the quality of the food!

I went with my wife today to Il Pilota in Alessandria, for the first time. We were greeted cordially and shown to our table. We ate really a lot and well. We took the tasting menu and we didn't regret it. Everything was excellent, excellent service, always friendly staff, fast service. Anyone who wants to eat good fish, I highly recommend going to Pilota in Alessandria. My wife and I had a great time and will definitely return in the future. We returned for my wife's birthday, everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. Excellent place, great food, TOP service. Advised.

Cenetta nel dehors, ambiente tranquillo, ritmi lenti per una cena in relax. Tutti i piatti curati, ben presentati e buoni. Consiglio: siccome avevo scelto il tonno di secondo, come carpaccio all'antipasto avrei preferito un altro pesce anziché sempre tonno, per cambiare. Chitarrine al granchio blu buone e ben condite ma il sapore di granchio un po' coperto da altri condimento, meglio lasciarlo più protagonista. Cortesia di tutto il personale.

A prima vista locale non appariscente un po’ freddino,siamo stati accolti con fretta e furia,e l’attesa è stata un po’ lunga,per il pesce dico che è di una buona qualità ma il fritto lo abbiamo trovato un po’ troppo morbido non croccante dovuto evidentemente all’olio ma la qualità era buona come anche il loro crudo .La spesa leggermente più alta del previsto
