An over-the-top, very good show

I really love places like this—without the touristy glitz or showiness, but with a welcoming, almost family-like atmosphere and truly good food. It wasn't easy to find, and it's only open a few hours a day, but those are minor details compared to the pleasure I felt visiting. If I return to Naples, I'll definitely come here again for lunch. 🌿

A small, family-run trattoria in the heart of Naples, offering excellent food and reasonable prices for a seafood restaurant. Reservations are recommended, as seating is limited.

I'm Japanese. I visited here for the lobster pasta and octopus salad, and personally, it was the best meal I had in Naples! The octopus salad was a perfect match with the vegetables, and the tender octopus was amazing. The lobster pasta was perfectly infused with the broth, and there was plenty of lobster to eat. Considering the delicious lobster, it was a great value for the money! Perhaps because it was so fresh, the way the lobster was cooked brought out the most flavorful of any lobster I've ever eaten. I also ordered sea bass with lemon sauce, which was also delicious. Lemons tend to be bitter in Japan, but this one has a sweet and tart flavor that only Neapolitan lemons can achieve, a taste you won't find in Japan. It also pairs perfectly with wine. When we visited, they only accepted cash. The main dishes can be quite pricey, so it's a good idea to bring cash with you. The area is a bit unsafe, but it's worth taking the safe detour to get there.

The seafood and lobster pasta were delicious! There were a few flies, but other than that, it was a perfect meal.
