I went on a November day to have a quick and cheap meal but at the same time not eat low quality things. I was lucky. I found the right place in this Piccolo Ristoro restaurant in the center of Turin in via Principi d'Acaja. The environment is not large. In fact, the restaurant is not called small for nothing :-) few seats but the service is fast and the quality of the food is not bad, just right for what you pay. You can choose the first courses for €7, the usual second courses for €9 and the trio dish which includes first course and second side dish for 12 euros. Desserts aside for a cost of €4.90, coffee costing €1, I would say the prices are absolutely honest. What can I say, a nice reference for good food at a great price, we will definitely be back.

I discovered this little restaurant by chance during my stay in Turin I went back several times A real pleasure, the food is very good, the prices are more than fair and the welcome is incredible I strongly recommend!

Excellent family-run cuisine, normal prices, very generous portions! It's best to book for lunch, it's always full! Absolutely worth trying.

The place is really small and there's a lot of waiting to do and then it's cramped. Last time they even brought the dishes wrong.

Small but very welcoming place, simple and cared for in its essentiality. The food is good, genuine and the portions are generous. The service is quick and courteous. Recommended for a good healthy lunch, even if you don't have much time available.

Top restaurant... in the center of Turin... close to Porta Susa station and close to many important offices (court... San Paolo etc.) excellent food... impeccable service and the owners are welcoming and kind... worth trying

16/10/2024: Locale molto carino, piccolo ma accogliente, i titolari sono gentilissimi e simpaticissimi. Il cibo molto buon e della tradizione piemontese. Il vitello tonnato è stato il migliore che ho mangiato a Torino, l'antipasto piemontese buonissimo ed anche i vini buoni. Da provare assolutamente se si passa da Torino

Personale (titolare) attento, con quella simpatia sabauda che carpisce una voglia dell'avventore ma che sa ben dirottare sulla proposta della cucina. Locale pulito e ben disposto, con pochi fronzoli accogliente, con disposizione dei tavoli che garantisce una buona privacy. Menù "piemontese" di ottima qualità attento alla stagionalità . Un "fricandò" piatto semplice ma complicato al tempo stesso che mi ricorda mia nonna, cucinato con amore e consigliato e servito con passione e rispetto, cosa che solo noi Sabaudi possiamo apprezzare. Altri piatti, tra cui gli antipasti ottimi. Ottimo e consigliato

05/01/2025: Located in a side street of the central Via Garibaldi, we stumbled upon this place by chance. Excellent welcome, ditto service and excellent quality dishes. Advised! We will definitely be back
31/12/2024: We were greeted with a smile and seated immediately despite having no reservation; I recommend the pizza also because you definitely gain in the quality/quantity/price ratio: the dough was good and digestible and the toppings were plentiful. I would just make a small mention of paying greater attention to some details: we were not treated badly at all but the initial smile was the only one we saw and it was not easy to attract the attention of those serving to ask for additions to their order; furthermore there didn't seem to be total harmony among the staff and if they were joking it didn't come through... in any case these are always situations that make the customer a little uncomfortable. However, it is a recommended place in a strategic position in the center and with a particular and rich menu.
