What can I say?! Everything was perfect. Chef Mancino's menu of classics is superb, with some iconic dishes like red mullet and linguine. Impeccable service. Dream location. A well-deserved two Michelin stars!

Elegant and modern restaurant located inside the Grand Hotel Principe di Piemonte. Stunning location, double Michelin-starred chef. I had the pleasure of meeting him, and I must say he's extremely friendly and personable. The food is of the highest quality and impeccably prepared. The menu is varied, offering both fish and meat dishes. The staff is courteous and attentive, but never intrusive.

08/02/2026: A wonderful discovery! A charming location, a divinely preserved former olive oil mill, which still houses a watermill! The staff welcomes you with kindness and professionalism, and the food is excellent. We enjoyed a tasting menu prepared by the chef. Each dish was a crescendo of flavors, all well-balanced and harmonious! The risotto was delicious, with super umami flavors! The bread was excellent! It was a pleasure to chat with the chef, who is happy to chat with guests to gain a better understanding of their impressions... The wine list is excellent! We'll definitely be back next summer!
