02/09/2025: Pizzeria Su e Giù is undoubtedly one of the best gastronomic discoveries I've ever made. Every time I enter this place, I'm immediately welcomed by a warm, authentic, and familiar atmosphere, which is increasingly difficult to find these days.
The first thing that strikes you is the quality of the pizza: the dough is light and fragrant, with a perfect leavening that makes it digestible and enjoyable even after eating a whole one. The ingredients are fresh, carefully selected, and always plentiful, without ever being heavy or overdone.
