The motto that dominates this simple, minimalist, yet exquisite restaurant is: from the sea to the plate.
A different feeling overwhelms you as you enter: the idea that you're in a home and that the smells and dishes you see come from that home's kitchen.
I had eaten there years ago, and quite well, but Poseidon's trident hadn't struck home in my heart.
I returned, and the full power of the incestuous marriage between Oceanus and Tethys overwhelmed me, and I was dazzled.
I wouldn't be surprised if I saw the fish leap from the plate and attempt to cross the street to dive back into the water, such is the freshness and quality of the products.
Traditional cuisine, perfect, well-made, desirable, an emotional sea shower.
The appetizers are incredibly fresh and appetizing. The fried calamari heads make you howl on full moon nights, the sea snails lick like an erotic dream, the mackerel marinated in exquisite oil.
The first courses are all voluptuous, and a special mention goes to the spaghetti with sardines, which build a true bridge between Senigallia and Sicily. The gnocchi with slipper lobster and the timeless yet perfect spaghetti with clams are excellent.
The second courses touch and caress the heart.
The grilled fish with just a little bit of chargrilled breadcrumbs is unique but full of real, exquisite, and excellent fish. The fried food is dry and voluptuous, but the stuffed calamari takes me back in time and excites me.
Friendly and punctual service, generous portions, and an excellent quality-price ratio complete the picture.
So much passion, so much apparent simplicity, and so much quality to be enjoyed. Bravo!!

Finally, after a long time, I'm back at this restaurant, but it was definitely worth it.
Here, time has stood still, when people actually ate fish without all the gourmet frills they do now.
Generous portions of dishes where the quality ingredients take center stage, all excellent fish cooked simply.
Edit: After about a year, I returned to eat at this excellent restaurant again, and it proved to be incredibly good.

Decent food, some dishes are well-executed, others less so. The fried fish and vegetables are good. The house white wine is good. Service is friendly and lively. The price/quality/quantity ratio is more than decent. Normal location, right off the seafront.

I'm the grandson of a fishmonger, so I know the quality of fish. What I ate, both the starters and main courses, were truly fantastic. I'd also add that with great company, everything is perfect. We had a Newfoundland dog, and he came in with no problem (for those with [sociable] dogs).
So, what can I say? I recommend everyone to eat at this restaurant.

Original dishes created with great care
They allow guests to savor a piece of the Senigallia region. Brodetto is also available upon reservation. I highly recommend it. Kudos also to the staff for their professionalism and courtesy.
