Exceptional, light pizza with fresh ingredients. The place is very cute. It has tables both inside and outside, and there's even a children's area inside. The prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We experienced exquisite kindness from the staff. The pizzas are truly delicious (this is Naples, after all). The salads are rich and plentiful. The chips with the skin on are also very special. The speed of service is commendable. And the price is more than adequate. It's also located on a very quiet street (though not as picturesque as many others in Naples)...but sometimes it's nice to escape the hustle and bustle. The location is also close to the port, Piazza Plebiscito, and Via Toledo. I think it's hard to ask for more without going to a luxurious place.

Il Peperoncino Birichino was an excellent food experience. We had the bufala alla caprese, risotto alla pescatora, and the Genovese alla napoletana. We also enjoyed a bottle of the house white which was a delightful Napoli local wine. If you are in Napoli the pasta genovese is a must try. When the pasta first arrived it was under cooked and slightly crunchy. We told the waiter and they took the plate and came back with a new one within a few minutes, perfectly al dente. They also gave us a discount and some meloncello to make up for the mistake. It was the best pasta I have ever had. The mozzarella was so fresh and the seafood risotto was delicious. The atmosphere is also beautiful. Definitely try this place, you won’t regret it!

11/10/2025: A basic location, with ample parking, and a quiet, family-friendly atmosphere. Delicious, high-quality fried food, pizzas, and saltimbocca. Traditional bottled beers are reasonably priced, like the rest of the menu. The real downside? The "unidentified" bitters and liqueurs aren't up to par with the place, which I still recommend.

11/11/2025: There wasn't any coffee on the menu, so I asked the staff if they sold it before I went. There were no prices listed, so since this area is famous for lemons, I just chose something that looked delicious. I ordered a lemon tart, espresso, and cappuccino, and the lemon tart was absolutely delicious. The prices weren't listed, and it was a bit pricey, but the lemon tart was absolutely delicious, so I highly recommend trying it.
11/11/2025: Benito and Orlando were geniuses. They made the experience fantastic. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious!
