Despite us not speaking Italian, and the girl not speaking Spanish, communication was excellent. On top of that, the pizza was superb, delicious, and the dough was unlike anything I'd ever tasted. We were eager to try more.

We stopped by late last week, but even though they were closing, they still had excellent supplies, pizza and bread, still hot!! It was a great dinner! Quiet atmosphere and excellent service. Well done and thank you Claudio.

Excellent pizza, abundant toppings, bright colors, everything fresh daily, various pizza flavors from classic to special, they offer cafeteria service plus it has tables inside with air conditioning, quality and courtesy, normal prices, it is located in the center of the square near the Villa d'Este

09/01/2026: This is our third time back, and I recommend the experience to everyone. Excellent pizza, fantastic meatballs. The service is attentive and meticulous, always friendly and helpful. We're from southern Rome, so it's definitely worth a visit; it's easy to get to.
04/01/2026: The pizza has a phenomenal dough that I've absolutely not found anywhere else. As someone who's used sourdough starter at home, I recognize that the dough is 100% sourdough starter, with no added yeast, and it's incredibly easy to work with. Its lightness and digestibility are unparalleled. The ingredients on top are also delicious. Their sourdough panettone is also fantastic: I got the Velluto and couldn't resist buying the whole panettone to take home :-) I'll add that I had the pleasure of speaking with Amalia: she's a true delight, with a deep love for both the products she makes and the people she serves. A big hug, dearest Amalia :-)

27/12/2025: Beautiful place, very kind staff, delicious food!!! The place is truly gorgeous and very picturesque!!! The pizza is really delicious 🍕!!! If you pass through Rome, stop by, it's located near the Colosseum.
23/12/2025: This restaurant is unique because of its interior decor, which features a fake facade. The food was also excellent; the pizzas were really good and very reasonably priced. We loved it.
