Villa Grey was a wonderful surprise. The property is meticulously maintained and is less than a 20-minute walk from the central Via Carducci. The room we booked has a balcony and is located on the third floor. It offers a variety of amenities: a coffee machine, complimentary water, Sky TV, toiletries, slippers for the beach and the room, and a beach bag. We took advantage of the beach-accessible reservation, and we were more than satisfied with this as well. The location is beautiful (the beach is in front of the hotel). It is well-maintained, with two sun loungers, two deckchairs, a table, a safe, and a chair. Towels are included. The beach restaurant is excellent! All the staff, both at the hotel and on the beach, are friendly and helpful. There is a paid shuttle service and free bicycles. My husband and I usually stay in 5-star hotels, but I must say that at Villa Grey, we didn't regret choosing this accommodation.

The Villa Grey was one of the best hotel stays we ever had. The room was clean, beautiful, well designed and modern. Not to mention incredible water views. The amenities and food services were excellent. The staff was top notch, wonderful and friendly. Not mention an incredible location being seconds from a stylish beach club. The whole feel was second to none. We will be back to the Villa Grey in our next stay in Forte Dei Marmi.

A beautiful hotel in a prime location. The breakfast is delicious, and the beach food is also very tasty. The private beach offers a swimming area for a relaxing holiday.

In a quality establishment like Villa Grey, you can't find stained parquet floors, like coffee stains, and then claim they won't come off, or find a loose toilet seat. We'll take action! The breakfast service is questionable, but lunch on the beach and dinner are excellent.
