Excellent pizzas prepared by Claudio, thin and digestible, cooked in a wood oven, the place is also nice especially in the summer with tables in the outdoor tent where there is also a beach volleyball court

A small, simple pizzeria with an extensive menu and delicious, well-made pizzas. Not fancy, but clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it's nice to see that they appreciate it when you, as a tourist, find their place. A great stop for a delicious and honest meal.

Mi sono recata verso Il Panzerotto con amici x pranzo ho preso la famosa stracciatella con pistacchi e pomodorini e devo dire che sono ingredienti davvero ottimi idem x l’impasto croccante. Lo consiglio vivamente!!🔝🔝

01/11/2025: Truly excellent pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven as it should be, with a light dough and good-quality ingredients. The flavor is authentic, and you can taste the care taken in the preparation. The only downside is a few minor service issues: a bit of a wait and a few lapses in attention, but nothing serious. The place is welcoming and clean, and the staff is friendly even at peak times. Overall, a good place for a good traditional pizza. We'll definitely return, hoping for a more organized service.

05/11/2025: The new owners' idea is to offer typical medieval dishes, free of ingredients imported from the Americas following the discovery of the "New World." So, don't ask for potatoes, tomatoes, corn, peppers, cocoa, pumpkin, beans, turkey, or pineapple. It's a very bold choice, but it doesn't seem to have limited the chef's creativity.
