Paola and Gustavo fed us, the writers visiting Eboli, with consistently tasty and plentiful dishes, and always with a smile on their faces. The atmosphere is informal and welcoming, the walls of the dining room filled with "artifacts" and stories about the city just waiting to be told by Gustavo. Among the specialties offered, a special mention goes to the unmissable panigacci (cooked to order) with stracchino cheese and cured meats. Recommended!

A truly beautiful evening, as were the people who were dining with us. We ate divinely, and the sommelier, who is also the owner of the restaurant, specialized in high-end wines, made an excellent wine selection.
I recommend it for a relaxing evening; it's been a top-notch restaurant in Eboli for over 25 years. ❤️

I ordered pasta and enjoyed a delicious Italian pasta, cooked to perfection and with a sauce that enhanced it without weighing it down. Everything was well-balanced. The service was good, attentive, and fast. The atmosphere is relaxed, allowing for a leisurely meal. It's not a flashy place, but overall, it's perfectly adequate. A simple and pleasant experience. It's one of those places to keep in mind when you're craving something simple and uncomplicated.

A truly lovely place, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere and sophisticated background music. The food was very good; I'd never had panigaccio before, and I found it delicious in all its forms. The prices were unusually reasonable. The staff was very polite, courteous, and friendly. Parking was difficult.
