I can only confirm the 5 stars given to this VEGAN restaurant two years ago. Vegan menu renewed and embellished with various special courses with excellent taste. Excellent first courses, portions not exaggerated but always satisfying; second courses that are a bit reminiscent of cuisine that uses raw materials of animal origin: good. Environment, taste in furnishings and courtesy of high-level staff. If I really have to find a small flaw: we seemed to wait a little too long for the first course but we were in no hurry and in the meantime we had been served bread and drinks, so no problem. Fair price. Vegan reference point in the center of Casale Monferrato.

I had lunch at the restaurant and it was all very good, the place is very clean and the price is low. What more could you want?

I have now eaten pangolin on several occasions and I have always had excellent experiences. from the food, to the professionalism and preparation of the staff. it confirms itself as an institution among the vegan restaurants of Piedmont, always new combinations and flavors in parallel with the great classics (you'll tell everyone about the stoned one)

Ottimo vegan bistro da provare in tutti i suoi piatti. Ottima la finta carne. Super la tartare di funghi shitake e cardoncelli.

I recommend fixing the cash register that shows the wrong time and date. For business lunches/dinners it is a problem
