We arrived at this place by chance, also driven by the positive reviews. I must say that we were pleasantly impressed by the menu proposal and the dishes more than met our expectations. It's not easy to find a place that's completely vegan and also offers gluten-free options. Piedmontese starter above expectations. Overall I rate this experience as satisfactory, we will return to try other dishes.

Very welcoming place, excellent food, helpful and friendly staff. The only small flaw was that the service was a little slow, but as we weren't in a hurry, we enjoyed the excellent lunch.

Very nice totally vegan restaurant, in the center of Casale Monferrato.
Very large menu, with lots of choices.
I chose the pumpkin and hazelnut hummus with slices of polenta as a starter, and it was really good.
First I chose the Bowl with basmati rice, lentil Dahl, tempeh and vegetables. I wasn't crazy about this dish, I found it a bit lacking in flavours, especially the vegetables.
Very good dessert, with a sort of fig cheesecake.
Very good prices.
A note also on the service, which was too fast and at times you had the feeling that there was a rush, even though we were in the second round, so no tables were booked after us.
In any case, I will happily return to try all the other dishes and I will be ready to give the fifth star

Located in the historic center of Casale Monferrato, this small characteristic restaurant offers traditional Piedmontese and non-Piedmontese dishes, revisited in a vegan key.
I found the Piedmontese starter very good and tasty, it almost makes you forget that it is vegan! The only flaw in my opinion is that the Russian salad was a little too salty.
The Pango bowl with lentil dhal and tempeh was very pleasant although I would have preferred some fresh vegetables as a pairing.
Being the second round of the evening, there was little choice left on desserts and I opted for an apple pie. Not the best I've eaten.
I noticed a bit too much haste in clearing the table, but in any case the service was fast and the waitresses were kind and friendly.
Overall, a place with fair prices and which I recommend. I will definitely be back, curious to try some other options on the menu.

Having stumbled upon the farmhouse a bit by chance, we found this small restaurant in front of us, almost a little surprised to find a vegan option here in this beautiful little town, my wife and I were simply fascinated, delighted and satisfied with the vegan proposals, dishes attention to detail, mysterious connections to create unique and delicious dishes, almost a little envious of not being able to use them in Turin we will be forced to stop here with them. Thanks to all the staff, prepared and friendly!
