A pleasant discovery in the heart of Casale. Inside, the atmosphere is welcoming and innovative. The menu features vegan dishes and several gluten-free options suitable for celiacs. We particularly enjoyed the mushroom tartare. I'd also say it's good value for money.

A beautiful, welcoming place, with a great atmosphere featuring classical music and warm lighting, in a rustic setting. Excellent hospitality, service, and, above all, food. Highly recommended, especially because, as in our case, they dedicated lunch to a benefit for the animal shelter "Santuario Palle di Lana."

We went there last night and I have to say everything was excellent.... Top-notch food and friendly staff. Considering we discovered it by accident, I'd say we made 13!! If you're vegan (or not), I recommend you go!

The girl is really smart and very friendly. The food is EXCEPTIONAL!! I've never eaten so good vegan food in my life. Wide selection and high-quality products. Affordable prices too! We ordered two appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, two desserts, and a glass of wine, and paid just over €60. Highly recommended!

Delicious vegan restaurant The dishes are sophisticated and delicious. We tried both the first courses (carbonara and cheese gnocchi), the second courses (sliced ​​steak), and even the desserts (millefeuille and mango and coconut cake). Everything was delicious and the dishes were carefully prepared. The waiters were very friendly, dog-loving, and attentive to them! Excellent value. Highly recommended.

We went for lunch on a Saturday and everything was wonderful. Arianna welcomed us very warmly and gave us excellent suggestions for the menu. We ordered a porcini mushroom appetizer, followed by a carbonara and a parmigiana. For dessert, fig cheesecake! Everything was perfect! We'll be back again and again!

13/09/2025: We're in Piedmont, but the tradition is that of the Ligurian hinterland. This historic restaurant dates back to the late 19th century, a traditional Genoese trattoria now renovated with a touch of class in the dining room and kitchen. The green fetuccine with mushroom sauce is exactly what you dream of finding in a place like this: thin, with a sauce that you appreciate first for its aroma and then for its taste. Pansotti revisited with a lovely blend of herbs, perfect mushroom-style mushrooms, and an innovative and flavorful duck breast. The menu offers many dishes, and a special mention goes to the breadsticks and the three types of bread served at the table, all undoubtedly homemade. A pleasant surprise, definitely worth traveling a few kilometers to visit. There aren't many places like this in Liguria; I can only think of two others!
