If you're passing through Casale Monferrato and want to try something tasty and change your mind about vegan cuisine, this is the place to go!!!
The Piedmontese appetizer and fantastic fried mushrooms, but also the incredible tagliata! The flavor, the presentation, the colors, and the refined flavors.
A pleasant discovery, definitely the best vegan restaurant I've ever been to, and also one of the best overall!

Like a Brian May solo, Pangolino is a sure thing among vegan restaurants. After several "forays," we've tasted (almost) the entire menu and have never been disappointed.
The atmosphere is truly welcoming and unique, a testament to how the restaurant offers something (very) different from the competition. Nearby Vercelli, victim of the glut of (mostly extremely disappointing) pizzerias and the like, should take a cue.
Today, Sunday, August 10th, the porcini mushrooms and hummus with asparagus and seeds stood out. The sure thing: the zucchini fritters.
Side note: Among the beers, Lambrate is a sure thing.

Best vegan restaurant in Piedmont, no bullshit. Constant research ensures the menu is fresh and appealing to eaters of all dietary backgrounds. Located in the center of Casale Monferrato, next to other beautiful and delicious options.

Ero curioso di provare un ristorante veg e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene, tanto da esserci tornato pochi giorni dopo. A pranzo c'è un menu del giorno ma si può anche scegliere dalla carta. Una buona scelta di piatti, anche un carnivoro ne può uscire sazio. Il locale è molto carino e il servizio è ottimo. Prezzi nella media, merita una visita.
