We spent a few days in Trieste over New Year's Eve and visited this bakery every day. Excellent coffee and pastries! And the staff and the boss are really very friendly. So highly recommended!

Ho visitato il locale di Roiano, il personale è molto gentile e il locale caldo e accogliente. Anche il pane poi è molto buono.

Morning coffee and croissant: The coffee is excellent, the croissants leave something to be desired, both the normal ones and the vegan ones have a dough that I don't know breaks when bitten (as normal croissants do) but it remains like all industrial croissant doughs of mediocre quality and... let's not talk about the flavour.

18/01/2025: As regards the quality, nothing to say, everything was very good as always, but this time I want to underline the courtesy and helpfulness, after the cesar salad arrived which was spicy, and my partner absolutely doesn't eat spicy, we pointed out to the waiter that we would have preferred to know in advance, perhaps on the menu (with kindness obviously) in response we were asked if we wanted the same or similar dish prepared but without the hot spices normally used... gesture super appreciated because even if it may seem obvious , it's not at all... Highly recommended
