Family-run and a strong desire to be in the right place. And so it is. A small and welcoming restaurant, just the right size to appreciate the quality. It has everything, and we'll definitely be back to try other dishes. Fair prices, courteous and attentive service. Must try.

A family run Italian Michelangelo. It’s as if you’re walking into a cave made of original stone surrounded by bottles of wine from every region of the country. Wine knowledge is 10/10, service is top notch, and hand down the best carbonara pasta I have had in my entire life! Call me crazy but I love to pair carbonara with steak and their Castelmagno fillet is mouth watering. This is my recommendation. Please, if you’re passing through Genova, stop by for the carbonara.

Five of us had dinner on Friday night and we had a really good meal! Very kind and courteous! Also, even though the restaurant was busy, they served us quickly.

Excellent cuisine, with a wide selection of first courses (including gluten-free pasta). The main courses are meat-only, but there are some vegetarian appetizers. The atmosphere is small but welcoming.

A visit to Pampino is always a guarantee. Typical Ligurian dishes are exceptional. The first courses are delicious, but a special mention goes to the beef fillets. There are various types, all mouth-watering. The young, smiling waiters explain the dishes and offer recommendations based on your tastes. Well done!

A well-deserved 5 stars for the quality and deliciousness of the food. When you walk in, don't expect a huge location or a presentation that makes you wonder what's on offer, but rather dishes that fully reflect the menu. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, and at Pampino, you truly eat what you order. I think it's truly important these days to find a chef and a cuisine that focuses on the substance rather than the appearance. We'll definitely be back! Open Mondays in Genoa!

05/02/2026: This summer I spent my vacation at "Domus Vittoria," a 19th-century vacation home in Sannicola (not far from Gallipoli), and the owner raved about the place. Since I was in Genoa, I took his advice and treated friends to the pizza: the crust was soft and fluffy, truly delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is very professional. I'll definitely be back.
21/12/2025: A very simple pizzeria located in the historic center of Genoa. Good pizza with a wide selection of pizzas and different types of dough, fast and efficient service. Great courtesy and patience. After having some problems with the reservation caused by us, we were greeted as if they had known us forever. The girl at the cash register, despite being pressured by unbearable customers who asked for separate bills based on what they consumed rather than the total, remained unperturbed. Absolutely fair prices. Recommended. We'll be back.
