The tasting menu is highly recommended. Fresh fish, local olive oil, and excellent local house wine. The staff is extremely kind and attentive. We treat ourselves to this treat twice a year (winter/summer).

Quality, freshness, research, elegance, attention to detail... The rest is the pinnacle of taste. An experience to be discovered with every course. The selection of raw appetizers is truly remarkable, as is the selection of hot dishes. An epic journey through knowledge and flavors that melt in your mouth. Excellent selection. It's hard to ask for more.

The hotel does not offer food, there is a restaurant and a kebab on the ground floor. We had a nice suite, clean, but the air conditioning was leaking when in use so it was not usable. Probably a clogged drain of condensed water. What bothered me the most was where to take out the trash. We couldn't find any trash cans anywhere around the hotel so we scattered it around the city wherever we saw trash cans. We left the remaining trash for the cleaners at the end of our stay🤷.

Il Rifugio Dell'alpino

29/01/2026: Everything made with porcini mushrooms, excellent. The ravioli were sublime, and last but not least, the homemade Teramana cake, 110/110, was a real treat. I've never had such a good cake. Pricey? But worth it.
