Wow! What an amazing experience. The dishes were prepared with precision and tasted excellent. Everything was light, fresh, and flavourful. It felt like you could taste the passion and thoughtfulness put into each dish with every bite. My favourite dish was the dessert, a beautiful mound of plum wrapped in a delicate yet tasty cheese. One of the best and most unique dishes i’ve tasted in Italy. The service was incredible and the owner was extremely friendly - highly recommend anyone that finds themselves looking for some amazing seafood to dine at Il Palmizio - a truly wonderful night 🙏

Sono stato invitato a cena da alcuni parenti in occasione di una ricorrenza familiare. Il ristorante è molto elegante e si trova sul lungomare di Alba. Abbiamo preso gli antipasti sia crudi che cotti. Tutti erano davvero buoni e presentati con abbinamenti fantasiosi e gourmet. Mi ha colpito soprattutto la selezione dei crudi, che erano freschi e buonissimi. Lo consiglio vivamente a chi voglia assaggiare pesce davvero fresco preparato in modo innovativo.

La filosofia del locale è quella di preparare un menù basato sul pesce pescato, quindi la freschezza del pesce è assicurata! I piatti sono curati con grande maestria e stupiscono piacevolmente sin dagli antipasti. Ottimi primi e secondi e straordinari e fantasiosi dessert. Insomma una esperienza da fare ad un prezzo sicuramente adeguato! Torneremo sicuramente!

11/03/2025: Beautiful evening spent with friends met on the occasion of "a hospital experience..." Not a large but welcoming place, good food, superlative pizza and courteous and helpful staff. What can I say, it deserves a 10 and praise... 👌
09/03/2025: We had dinner by chance in this bar/restaurant located on the Silvi seafront... and we ordered a fish menu at the fixed price of 16 euros, which includes a first and second course, drinks separately. We ordered gnocchi with seafood and it would have been a good dish if it hadn't been for the dirty mussels with lots of earth...and a taste...insipid. The frying was excellent. . Informal environment, it seemed more like a drinking bar than a restaurant... We will be back for the 10 euro aperitif and dinner!

The property is well-kept and very welcoming, creating a family atmosphere that immediately puts guests at ease. A special mention goes to the hotel managers, who stand out for their kindness and helpfulness. Every request is greeted with a smile, and you can feel a genuine desire to make guests feel at home. I cannot fail to mention the hotel restaurant, where I had the pleasure of tasting dishes based on very fresh and high-quality fish, impeccably prepared. Each course is a delight for the palate and deserves great compliments, especially to the talented chef who knows how to enhance the flavors of the sea. In short, Hotel Villa Sant'Angelo is an excellent choice for those who want a wellness holiday, with high-quality service and extraordinary cuisine. I will definitely be back!
