I think the best restaurant in Vercelli city when it comes to traditional cuisine!
The panissa is excellent, but not only that. Quality ingredients, right portions (double round of panissa ❤️) and correct price. With starter, first course, second course, dessert, coffee, bitters and a bottle of wine, we spent €140 per couple.
Booking is a must, a very convenient area for continuing after dinner with a walk in the centre.

Abbiamo trovato questo posto navigando su Internet per una cena prima di un concerto al teatro di Vercelli.
in due abbiamo preso la panissa mentre gli altri due hanno preso degli agnolotti, dopo un tagliere di antipasti misti per tutti.
Il menu risulta molto ricco con una buona scelta di piatti tipici, le materie prime sono di ottima qualità, il personale molto gentile e disponibile e la Panissa, servita nel paiolo di cottura, superlativa.
Ottimo anche ilrapporto qualità prezzo.
Locale da tenere presente per altre occasioni, lo consiglio caldamente

Apart from the fact that they brought us the first course after an hour of sitting down, the food was decent. The bill was expensive... the gem: he could have avoided those 63 cents on the bill after we left us €326.

Good restaurant. Small local business, nice atmosphere.
The food was absolutely delicious, and I gladly recommend it.
Parking options just in front of the restaurant or on the adiacent streets.
The staff is very helpful.

Very positive experience, very good baked tripe, spectacular panissa, good bunet, excellent sweet wine! Atmosphere of times gone by, cleanliness ok and FABRIC tablecloth and napkins, which is not to be taken for granted! Average prices.
Excellent, we'll be back.
