Authentic restaurant. Excellent food, especially the appetizer and the meat with ash-fried potatoes. I couldn't give it a rating lower than 10/10. Good service.
Welcoming location; we ate next to a fireplace, super relaxing.

What can I say: simply a poem from the warm welcome, the gentleman who took our order and the girl who served us with a smile on her face and so much kindness, we ate divinely... not to mention the desserts that moved me with their unique flavor. I had a steak with a glass of Chianti — the meat was very rare, but juicy and full of flavor. The wine paired perfectly with it. Cozy atmosphere and very kind staff. A great spot to enjoy good food and wine in a relaxed setting!

We usually find ourselves in the area every October, and Il Paolo is a regular stop. The food is divine, and the service is friendly and professional. This year, we had about twenty friends over for dinner. We had an aperitif outside, and despite the gray day, the place was wonderful. We ordered prosciutto platters, which were truly special. Afterward, we went inside for lunch, where we were served samples of stewed meatballs and chicken livers, which were truly wonderful. Then came the pasta dishes, delicious as always, and then came the star of the meal: the Fiorentina steak. The meat was truly spectacular; it melted in your mouth. We had a wonderful time, as always, and we'll definitely be back next time.

Abbiamo preso due antipasti di bruschette, due primi e un secondo, tutto abbastanza buono, ma niente che ti faccia dire “wow”! Tutto molto nella media insomma, niente di diverso da mille altri ristoranti della zona.
Tempi tutto sommato giusti.
Anche sentendo ciò che si diceva nei tavoli vicino al nostro, abbiamo avuto come l’impressione, ma potremmo anche sbagliare, che la poca chiarezza del cameriere al momento dell’ordine fosse finalizzata ad indurre il cliente ad ordinare più di quanto vorrebbe…
