Quiet place located in a side street of one of the main streets of the town. The waiters are kind and helpful. Both the food and the price are good. I recommend it

Me encanta este escondite y he estado aquí varias veces. Tenía un trozo de pizza y su plato especial “Braciole di trippa”, ambos magníficos. La grandeza de este lugar radica en su genuinidad, materias primas frescas y, sin duda, medio siglo de experiencia al servicio de especialidades locales.

A good trattoria with a family atmosphere. The starters were good, the orecchiette that I had had other times in the past seemed less good.

11/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo in famiglia. Il personale è di un estrema professionalità, l'accoglienza è eccelsa. Le portate di una squisitezza disarmante, tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato è stato di un livello molto alto. Non passa in secondo piano l'ubicazione,a due passi dallo splendido scorcio di Polignano. Consigliatissimo. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.

Squarciolla Ristopizza

17/04/2025: Restaurant where you can eat various fresh fish dishes in the center of Torre a Mare. Among the first courses, I especially appreciated the spaghetti alla guitar, cacio pepe and cod. among the desserts, tiramisu made by them. Correct price, very kind and helpful owner like all the staff.
