Nothing to complain about the food, especially if you're a carnivore. We made reservations at 9 PM and were seated shortly after 10 PM. Not recommended on weekends.

Perhaps the best place in the entire province to eat authentically without spending too much, in a characteristic, almost deliberately rural setting that perfectly embodies the essence of central Puglia. These are the places people should go for food, not sushi. Well done, Michele and his father.

A real discovery! There were four of us, and we were all delighted with all the dishes and the kindness of the waiters. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.

A less than stellar experience. Distracted and unprofessional service. Insane wait times. I'll leave aside any comments about the quality of the food. I simply recommend removing pizza from the menu.

Mediocre cuisine. We noticed that if you choose the €35 fixed menu, everything is very limited in terms of dishes. Plus, there were 10 appetizer courses on the menu, but we only received 7. The first courses were very poor, with only a small amount of pasta.... Second courses were mediocre, and apart from the fruit and dessert, they choose both the desserts they bring you and the fruit with a small skewer with 3 small pieces of fruit..... in short, the €35 menu is not worth what they give you...

Tandem Food

08/12/2025: I spent an evening with friends a few days ago. What more can I say? The food was delicious and excellent, from appetizers to dessert. All the credit goes to the blond guy, Vincenzo, who recommended some excellent dishes. I thank him for this fantastic culinary experience he gave us! 👏👏
