Scillichenti, Acireale, CT. Via Provinciale per Riposto, 125. A place famous for its seasoned bread. But there's more: Delicatessen, Pizzeria, First and Second Courses, Side Dishes, Salads, Spit-Roasted Chicken, Rusticeria, and Scacciate. The pizzas we ordered were good.

The owner, Mr. Fichera, was clearly passionate about sharing his family's history and their connection to pane cunzato—an authentic and engaging tale. We tasted three different versions of pane cunzato, all truly delicious! The bread is excellent, made with the freshest and most authentic ingredients. An authentic experience steeped in tradition and love for one's work. A must-see!
