Unfortunately today at lunch I noticed the decline of the place: in addition to the €5 increase (from today) the food was prepared without "passion", the starters cold and the courses tasteless. A real shame for a place with so much history.

I was there many years ago and the current management has changed certain rules: no buffet starters, the menu is the same for everyone from start to finish, proportionate quantities on the plates. If once you could eat, eat, eat ... now the dishes are "counted". Maybe it's also good for not wasting food.
The price is low keeping in mind that it is a fish menu (frozen?).
Still, quiet place on a barge in the Po' river.

Siamo stati a pranzo in famiglia con un bimbo. Il menù è fisso a 35€ sia carne che pesce anche nel weekend . Il posto può piacere come no, molto casareccio. Personale molto gentile e disponibile . Mangiato bene ma non c'è un menù per i bambini e quindi noi non torneremo più . Accordato quindi un menù da 35 diviso in due, al bimbo hanno messo in conto 15€ , il che mi è sembrato esagerato dato che praticamente ha usufruito solo del coperto. Ci sta farmi pagare il coperto in più ma no 15€. Se avete bimbi, evitate !

Yes, the price for a complete menu in the evening is good but it would perhaps be a good idea to taste the dishes before taking them out... the appetizers were saved to my taste... for the rest I also ate but I saw it coming back in the kitchen a lot of dishes

Very characteristic environment, wonderful and full of history. Fantastic food cooked very well, attention to detail. The staff was very knowledgeable and very kind.... excellent, highly recommended for quality and price

Place to visit at least once. From the outside it looks like an abandoned place, but once inside, it surprises with its originality and then from the large windows you can see the Po. The menu is discreet and plentiful, considering that you pay 30 euros for everything, including drinks.

Menù fisso in questo ristorante sul fiume. Cibo semplice di media qualità, conto in linea. Simpatica esperienza. Vino così così.
