The old mill is now a fixed point whenever you want to eat pizza which is excellent, but I owe the greatest praise to Giuseppe, always super welcoming, very good at advising, patient and affable with his customers, an excellent waiter, I would say this is an excellent reason why you have the pleasure of choosing because where the customer is, he feels well welcomed, eats relaxed as if I were at home..Thank you Tea da Gerace

Pranzo davvero gradevole e in relax,nella stupenda location di pietra di questo antico mulino,mammolese.Mi viene dato un tavolo per due delizioso,vicino ad un enorme specchio,che riflette la bellezza della sala,e vicino alle grate di ferro che custodiscono le nicchie dove ci sono in bella mostra i migliori vini calabresi.Il servizio e' davvero ottimo,giovani ragazzi molto educati e professionali.Del menu' ci sarebbe da dire un trattato,tanto dalle delizie elencate.Lo spaghettone al ragu' di stocco e' un trionfo di sapore,servito in delle padelline.Filetto di stocco arrosto e lo stocco gratinato,con patate casarecce fritte e ricotta affumicata,sono un mix di sapori della tradizione unici.Per non parlare dell'entre' di crostini di pane e frittelline accompagnate dalla marmellata di peperoncino piccante.Il tutto innaffiato da un ottimo Anfisia vivace bianco frizzantino ,cantine Lavorata.Prezzi davvsero equilibrati nonostante la qualita' e il periodo di forti rinacri della ristorazione. Noi abbiamo pagato per due persone 76 €.Torneremo di certo per godere anche delle ottime pizze.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ *A great discovery!* I've been to *Trattoria al Vecchio Mulino* and I can't help but recommend this place! Typical traditional dishes, tasty and prepared with fresh ingredients. The environment is welcoming and the service excellent. Excellent value for money. I can't wait to go back!

As soon as we arrived, we were immediately delighted by a welcome entrée offered by the restaurant: pancakes accompanied by chilli jam, an original and truly tasty combination. The place is welcoming, with stone walls that create a simple and genuine atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and quick, a detail that made the experience even more pleasant. The pizza was a real surprise: no frills, with an authentic flavor, just like the ones I ate as a girl. A well-made, light dough, without exaggerated edges, but with that taste that brings back the simple flavors of the 2000s and 2010s. And all at honest prices! An experience I would do again.

Last Sunday, for the first time, I decided to try the "Il Vecchio Mulino" restaurant in Mammola and I was pleasantly impressed. The welcome from the staff, kind and smiling, was appreciated. I went there to eat fish dishes based on stockfish. In the menu I found the combinations proposed very interesting, which simplify the choice. I opted for an appetizer of stockfish and added some grilled stockfish with potatoes: everything was tasty and satisfying. I also appreciated the wine list, well stocked and able to complete the experience. The final bill was not excessive at all. In summary, I give 5 stars to the overall experience: I will certainly return in the future to taste other specialties.

A true paradise for celiacs: From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail: a rustic homemade appetizer complete with divine gluten-free fried foods, an equally sublime mushroom-filled pasta. A particular mention goes to the seriousness of the staff, perfectly informed on the "celiac disease" issue. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Georgie

Locale e personale accoglienti, abbiamo gradito e tanto il menù tutto a base di stocco accompagnato da un buon vino. Ottima e assortita la cantina. Una giornata trascorsa in compagnia all'insegna della buona cucina.
