It's a historic place, and the space is beautiful. The food is good, but with the new management a few years ago, it's lost some of its Alexandrian soul. Prices are average.

28/09/2025: The porcini mushroom menu is excellent and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is pleasant and quiet. The service is by very friendly and helpful staff. The desserts, prepared by the chef, are delicious. We've been there for dinner in the past, and had a delicious mixed antipasto and a tagliata steak, which was really well cooked. I highly recommend it!
08/08/2025: I stopped in for a business lunch and found good home cooking. Fast service. Good value.
