The flavors are always excellent: you will find both original proposals and great classics, without ever falling into unnecessary forcing. You can clearly feel that the bases are prepared by them, not with semi-finished products, and that the milk used is of high quality. When I'm in the center of Udine, my choice is always Il Morettino 2. The other ice cream parlors in the area often use ready-made powders or bases, and the result can be felt: either they are tasteless, or on the contrary, too full. Here, however, the ice cream is balanced, with excellent ingredients and well-studied combinations. A significant plus: the sales assistants are always kind, smiling and helpful. Highly recommended!
