Nice old fashioned atmosphere, in a good way. The interior gives a nice cosy vibe, the staff and service were attentive, friendly and prompt. The food was prepared very well, rich and deep in flavour. No nonsense.

Very good restaurant. The decoration is tasteful, very pleasant and intimate setting. Excellent service. I recommend the beef with polenta, exceptional.

Great Tuscan place with authentic food of the region. I can recommend the Puntarelle Salad, the choice of 3 Beef Tartars or the fab red with risotto with sausage. The pasta dishes and the Crostini have been a bit on the salty side - great if u like it tough when u are sensitive to it. Therefore 4 and not 5 stars. But overall recommended!

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious — the steak was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Montalcino is a place that has been offering a good range of typical and non-typical products for several years... so don't be fooled by the name. Pizza for example, huge, is a variant that I honestly don't understand much. Generous in size, I've tried several but they all barely exceed sufficiency, I would recommend other dishes including the Tuscan crostini
Delicious homemade bread!
Good menu and excellent wine list. Also open for lunch, it becomes a well-recommended stop for weekends on the canal. Advance booking recommended!!!

I had dinner in this place, very beautiful and characteristic,
The food is high and low, the pizza is delicious, plentiful and with amazing combinations, I recommend it
My first course, which is their house specialty, pici al brunello, wasn't really to my liking.
Then with the desserts they made the passion fruit ice cream delicious again
Good selection of wines
And good value for money, for a complete dinner we spent just over 50 euros per person

Lovely restaurant with nice atmosphere and garden dining. The food was tasty and the service was good; waiters were friendly and courteous. We had a relaxing evening, finished off with some well-made 'Old Fashioned' whiskeys.
