I'm no expert in Italian cuisine, but by far, these are the best spaghetti carbonara I've ever eaten.

We celebrated my son's graduation at lunch yesterday. Recommended by a friend, we only made a reservation three days in advance by phone, but despite the short notice, we were more than satisfied. Everything was perfect. There were over thirty of us. Excellent food and impeccable service. Thank you.

Of our 5-day vacation in Enna, we ate at this restaurant 4 days... To be honest, if we had found it sooner, it would have been a 5/5.
The pasta was absolutely delicious. The owner is incredibly attentive and friendly, and he even sings cheerfully in the restaurant from time to time. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. If we ever come back to Enna, this will be our first choice. Thank you for this wonderful experience.
P.S. You are informed beforehand that it is not a fast-food restaurant (see picture).
You are advised to be patient and enjoy your meal. We did, and our food arrived very quickly.

You have to see the attached picture of what they put on their first page of the menu - hilarious!
Food was great, fresh, generous and well cooked. Didn't have to wait long either. I'm very happy we didn't have to walk 3km to McDonalds ;)
Tried the spaghetti alla pantesca which was quite interesting, quite oily at the base of the plate but it seems that's how it's supposed to be. Also tried bussiate with veal ragu - delicious! For seconds tried filetto del mito and veal chop both of which were great, veal was very juicy.
On a tuesday night around 9pm this place had barely any free tables - can get very busy!
Attentive, precise, and welcoming staff.
Excellent food, the menu offers an endless variety of dishes! The gnocchi alla parmigiana are incredible! We'll definitely be back! EXCEPTIONAL

Just 100 meters from the magnificent and imposing Castello di Lombardia, this lovely little spot offers a thrill not far from the view you'll see on your way there!
The interior is warm and welcoming, as is the man who runs the dining room!
The two of us shared the house appetizer (abundant) and a first course each: the NCaciata pasta and the busiate pasta with wild boar ragù.
Both were amazing!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and I was really looking forward to dining here. But...
My insalata mista consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and one slice of unripe tomato. I'd be embarrassed to serve that in my home.
Meanwhile, my wife's tuna dish had some lovely tomatoes (so they did have some) and a great sweet and sour topping but the tuna was overcooked. My pasta was so-so.
Perhaps the chef was on their day off when we ate here because it wasn't the wow that others say it is.
