You have to see the attached picture of what they put on their first page of the menu - hilarious! Food was great, fresh, generous and well cooked. Didn't have to wait long either. I'm very happy we didn't have to walk 3km to McDonalds ;) Tried the spaghetti alla pantesca which was quite interesting, quite oily at the base of the plate but it seems that's how it's supposed to be. Also tried bussiate with veal ragu - delicious! For seconds tried filetto del mito and veal chop both of which were great, veal was very juicy. On a tuesday night around 9pm this place had barely any free tables - can get very busy!

Attentive, precise, and welcoming staff. Excellent food, the menu offers an endless variety of dishes! The gnocchi alla parmigiana are incredible! We'll definitely be back! EXCEPTIONAL

Just 100 meters from the magnificent and imposing Castello di Lombardia, this lovely little spot offers a thrill not far from the view you'll see on your way there! The interior is warm and welcoming, as is the man who runs the dining room! The two of us shared the house appetizer (abundant) and a first course each: the NCaciata pasta and the busiate pasta with wild boar ragù. Both were amazing! Wonderful!! Highly recommended!!!

Our hotel recommended this restaurant and I was really looking forward to dining here. But... My insalata mista consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and one slice of unripe tomato. I'd be embarrassed to serve that in my home. Meanwhile, my wife's tuna dish had some lovely tomatoes (so they did have some) and a great sweet and sour topping but the tuna was overcooked. My pasta was so-so. Perhaps the chef was on their day off when we ate here because it wasn't the wow that others say it is.

From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our table by, as we assume, the owner, who kindly checked in on us throughout our visit. We enjoyed delicious, home made pasta and an outstanding swordfish steak, along with fresh bread, tasty wine, and grilled vegetables (which were served cold what was a bit surprising since we expected them warm). Portions were generous, and everything was absolutely delicious. To finish, we had a delightful tiramisu for dessert. The staff and the owner were very friendly, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable:)

Teníamos un delicioso plato de pasta con jabalí ragu que era muy sabroso. Personal amable y acogedor. Siéntese fuera para una gran vista. Muy recomendable.

30/09/2025: We have eaten several times here, and it's always good! Very tasty, good portion size. Antipasti was amazing. Waiters serve well and always bring fresh bread and oil while you wait. We recommend this place!

14/10/2025: I've always wanted to visit the small town of Enna, located 931 meters above sea level. I randomly chose a place for lunch without any prior information, and had a truly excellent meal. It was much more satisfying than the restaurants I'd been to in Syracuse and Taormina. In particular, the Pacceri pasta with ragu sauce, which wasn't on the menu, was the best ragu pasta I've ever had. The grilled tuna and squid from the mixed grilling "Chef's Fantasy" were absolutely delicious, with no fishy smell whatsoever and just the right amount of seasoning. I expected the veal rib to be veal, but it tasted more like overgrown beef, but it was edible and had no odor. The caponata (stir-fried vegetables in tomato sauce) was also delicious, with a variety of vegetables. The Sicilian white wine was also delicious. The staff didn't speak English well, but we were able to communicate with gestures. I highly recommend it!!
