This restaurant is very nice and well-kept, the staff in the dining room are always attentive, kind and never intrusive.
Let's start with some truly delicious fish appetizers to end the dinner with the second courses, fried fish cooked very well, turbot with caramelized onion? winning pairing
Excellent quality raw materials...!!!
01/08/2024: We went for lunch for a birthday, the place is in good condition and well-kept, with references to marine environments. We opted for a seafood menu, the starters were a seafood salad that was too crunchy and not very tender and decidedly acidic, the creamed cod and only one mussel were very good. We chose three first courses with normal lobster, the calamari and prawn risotto creamed with cream (they say it is one of their specialities), the Venere rice with seafood, the best dish of the three. The grilled seafood where the cuttlefish was quite raw, the swordfish was cheap, and the prawns grilled without shell but with the intestines, same fate for the fried prawns with the intestines, to conclude the fried cod which was decidedly not fresh and stringy. I am very disappointed by the average quality of the fish given that it presents itself as a fish specialty restaurant and also by the very limited choice of wine list.
I remind you not to have coffee!
Cuisine and service are sacred and therefore mastery, love, ability and common sense are needed in pursuing a restaurant business and in recognizing the quality of the raw material.
This review is an incentive to improve the service and quality offered so as not to forget the objective of catering, that is, eating well and making people feel good is the art of hospitality.
