I thank the trattoria Il Mercatino in Prato via Cavour 94 for giving my mother a special day on her 90th birthday on February 5th. The excellent service, the kindness and helpfulness of the owners and the exceptional waiter, the excellent albeit simple cuisine of the cook, (said by a taxi driver from Pietrasanta) and a bit of experience in this regard...
