The space is meticulously maintained, immaculately clean, and truly comfortable—you can immediately sense the love and passion that goes into running this B&B. Breakfast was a treat: fresh, local products served with meticulous attention. Every corner exudes tranquility and well-being, ideal for unwinding and feeling at home (actually, better!). Fantastic stay! The B&B, located in the heart of Teana, is welcoming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the town. We are just returning from a weekend spent in this B&B where I returned after 25 years, even then the friendliness and hospitality were the masters, now the B&B completely renovated, very comfortable rooms, very comfortable bed with finally 2 nice comfortable pillows and not the usual flat pillow that you find in B&Bs. TOP cleaning EVERYTHING VERY CLEAN AND SMELLING, in the morning an amazing breakfast in a very comfortable kitchen environment. In addition to the top structure I have to compliment Giuseppe, his mother and his uncles for their kindness and friendliness, wonderful people, Giuseppe looked after us and accompanied us with advice throughout the weekend, always present and attentive to ensure that we were well, thank you for everything and see you soon

We stayed at this property for just one night. There were 16 of us, including 10 adults and 6 teenagers and children. The location is easy to get to, the property is new, and impeccably clean. Giuseppe, the owner of the B&B, is an extraordinary person and accommodated all our requests. He and his wonderful mother prepared a truly rich and abundant breakfast for us. I apologize again on behalf of the entire group if the children disturbed the other guests with their exuberant behavior and loud chatter. It's not Giuseppe's fault, but ours, for not realizing immediately that the B&B was also booked by other guests. What can I say? We'll definitely be back!
