A brewery like there are few, excellent choice of beers and trained staff. The environment is pleasant and particular with a plus to consider such as the billiard table.

02/09/2024: It's a shame that the site only showed old photos and the much-dreamed-of dinner by the pool was just a dream. Good quality of cuisine and excellent explanation of the dishes, very helpful staff at the table (even if I would avoid the huffing and puffing for the arrival of customers a few minutes later, they are always customers who bring profit at any decent time especially in summer) and the More regulated air conditioning would be welcome.
07/08/2024: Outstanding burgers, and over all a great restaurant. Visit recommended.

29/12/2024: Come ormai da vari anni, non è Natale se il pranzo non lo facciamo al Casolare. Siamo stati bene come sempre, piatti ottimi come il risotto salsiccia, porri e stracchino, delicato e gustoso. Tagliata buona come sempre, ma alla fine eravamo troppo pieni per fare il bis. Eccellente il dessert, tiramisù col pandoro, con una crema al mascarpone densa e non stucchevole, ma il tocco di classe era la granella caramellata che lo ricopriva . Personale gentile e presente. Complimenti!!!

Roberta, Luca, Ambra and Giada... and all the staff make the atmosphere welcoming and familiar. excellent and abundant menu...superlative quality. our moments of life are all enclosed in the farmhouse of flowers...faithful over the centuries like the carabinieri... thank you very much ❤️ for making our Christmas.... Christmas happy
