A place that every Genoese knows and which is now an institution.
I've been there numerous times and, although it gives me conflicting thoughts, I would go back because in the end it's always Masetto.
If you eat superficially it seems like you have found the definitive hamburger, however if you taste it more carefully you realize that the meat tastes like nothing and is perhaps less qualitative than what any of us would like to believe.

The place is clean, tidy, small with limited space to eat inside the place. Excellent burger, in fact we traveled an hour just to enjoy one and it is worth it. Reasonable prices.

Siamo venuti qui a Genova da Palermo per visitare l'acquario e una mia amica che vive qui ci ha consigliato Masetto per un pranzo veloce. Devo dire che ho mangiato uno dei migliori panini della mia vita! Di solito non mangio hamburger, ma questo era veramente squisito. Poi mangiato con la giusta compagnia e con la frescura della fontana, ho passato una bellissima giornata. Lo consiglio a tutti 🥰

Best place in town to get a relatively cheap and extraordinary burger in town. Vegan options available and a good selection of beer too! If you are visiting and are looking for a bite this place is a must. Plan your meal as you could wait up to 40 minutes for your burger, you should get there before 8 pm if you don’t want to wait much, this is every day but mostly during the weekend. The owner shouts your name in a typical Italian way to inform you your meal is ready, this is masetto! Enjoy

Petit restaurant situé dans une petite ruelle de Gênes, avec quelques tabourets pour s'asseoir au comptoir. Equipe très serviable et reactive, service rapide malgré le monde. Les burgers sont vraiment bons avec de bons produits mais déçus par les frites qui étaient surgelés et trop grasses àmon goût, je m'attendais à des frites maisons. Sinon bon rapport qualité prix.
