On the plus side, the product and the price are good, and I often go back willingly. On the minus side, they are very slow in preparing even with few people in line. If I can give you a piece of advice, put a display with numbers outside instead of shouting from inside.

The food was so good that I didn't manage to take a picture before! The service is no exception, on the contrary. We were kindly informed of the waiting time (30 min.), after about 20 minutes we were already sitting down to eat 🥰 I also recommend the dessert! Truly unexpected The girl at the cash register, unfortunately I don't know her name, was really kind and helpful and I would also like to point out that she had fantastic English! We were in Tuscany. Coming back from our relaxing days and we felt like going to the seaside. It was lunch time. My partner tells me about a nice little place. But by then it was already late lunch, nothing, he didn't make me stop on the highway to get there in time, before Masetto closed!!! He described it to me as the best hamburger he's ever eaten... and what can I say!! I ate two 😂 he was absolutely right!! The sandwich isn't that big, but the quality of the bread is very high as is that of the meat... it melted in your mouth!! 🥹 Then those caramelized onions!!!🤤 The place is in a little street so you have to go there on purpose, it's not on the road, it's small but there are also some high tables to sit at if necessary. They are very kind and fast!! Very happy and satisfied. I will definitely go back when I pass through Genoa!!

I would say the burgers here are amazing. There is a small room with high chairs inside, but I recommend taking away and eating somewhere nearby (perhaps at Giardini Luzzati). The wait time is reasonable, even at peak times.

In my opinion, one of the best, if not the best burger in Genova, simply for the delicious taste and balance of a few simple ingredients, with an extremely honest price point. An institution!

An absurd quality/price ratio, very good food at a great price and fast

Pretty different from most hype burger spots I’ve experienced in Italy. No gimmicks and no overkill when it comes to the toppings. Really good bread and really good meat. If they invested on their sauces a little more this would be a contender for the best burger spot I’ve been to in Italy. So close to being something super special.
