28/10/2024: The Olimpo restaurant is a true culinary jewel and more. The location, with attention to every detail, is enchanting and offers a wonderful view of both bays of Sestri Levante. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the owner Giacomo Pittaluga, extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable and an excellent sommelier, guarantees, together with all his staff, an absolutely pleasant experience, putting his guests at ease. The wine selection is exceptional, carefully selected, broad and Giacomo's suggestions always accompany us in a unique experience in perfect balance in the combination of food and wine. Chef Mauro Manfredi is also excellent and with experience and skill he offers exquisite and refined dishes, excellently presented and with perfectly balanced and sublime flavours, always selecting the highest quality raw materials. The executive chef who passes among the guests at the end of the dinner is a pleasant courtesy that completes the experience, reconfirming the perfect welcome that can be sensed from the moment you enter. The Olimpo restaurant offers an unforgettable, refined and exceptional culinary experience, immersed in a very evocative context and this is why it is always exciting to return and let yourself be pampered.
