We waited an hour after ordering, probably the fact that we ordered 2 pizzas and 2 dishes from the kitchen slowed everything down. The pizza is good as is the tagliata (a little less the gramigna). I, for the first time ever, tasted the Triticum dough and the impression is that the "price to pay" for less carbohydrates is a greater swelling from yeast.

I would say that the scores speak for themselves. Large and well-structured place, clean and air-conditioned, young, dynamic and professional staff. Excellent food from appetizer to dessert. Very good!!
