Il pranzo di Natale è stata una vera esperienza gastronomica.
Dall' antipasto al dessert, tutte le portate sono state molto curate sia nella presentazione che nei sapori.

I had dinner with them last night, I've wanted to go for months because I've known Roberta (the owner) for a while, I started following her on social media and I couldn't wait to go and taste all those wonderful dishes, well what can I say I was enchanted by everything, by the beauty of the very well-kept place, she is fantastic in the way she follows you and advises you, each dish is better than the other, from starters to dessert, a cellar with excellent proposals, I can only say that I don't see It's time to go back to eat with her, so if you are in the San Donato area you absolutely have to go to dinner at Martinet... Super recommended. Well done Roberta and her staff

When we ordered we waited 1 hour, but then he gave us a discount for waiting a long time.
The decoration needs to be redone a bit; the best dessert I've eaten (with martinet) is the giandujotto with zabaglione and a bit of edible gold!

Abbiamo scoperto questo posto tramite i social: dentro mantiene un carattere retró molto bello. Si tratta di un posticino piccolo perciò consigliamo di prenotare.
Il menù è semplice e senza troppa scelta ma di qualità.
Noi abbiamo optato per una mille feuille con zucca contadina, grana croccante e miele di fiori (che noi abbiamo diviso per 2 ma che è piccolo perciò si potrebbe tranquillamente mangiare da soli).
Di primo abbiamo preso un tagliolino di grano saraceno ai 3 porcini ed un iconic plin (glassati al naturale).
E di dolce abbiamo preso un bunet con caramello salato ed amaretti ed il loro janduiotto con spuma di zabaione.
Abbiamo inoltre accompagnato il pasto con 2 calici di vino rosso ruché di castagnole ed una bottiglia d'acqua. Tutto buono sinceramente, ben curato negli impiattamenti ma con le uniche pecche nell'attesa delle varie portate e forse un costo ben più elevato di una semplice trattoria.
La qualità comunque non manca assolutamente e torneremo certamente per assaggiare altre prelibatezze. Consigliato

My wife and I were looking for a place in Turin to eat Piedmontese food, we found the Martinet and we immediately fell in love with it. Very interesting location and wonderful room, very attentive service (we felt pampered by the waitress Roberta) and equally fabulous food. All accompanied by wine that Robera herself recommended to us absolutely spot on. Well done to the Chef for his breath of fresh air on Piedmontese cuisine which has rejuvenated historical recipes.
We will absolutely return

The selection of dishes is really interesting as is that of the wines, I fell in love with their pumpkin appetizer, a millefeuille with parmesan pumpkin and honey. The place is very, very nice and the owners are really nice, serious, professional but also great company.
The Martinet was a wonderful discovery!...
